Join me for a beautiful 3 hour Women’s Workshop

Saturday April 26th

10am-1pm

Lake Oswego OR.

What to Expect:

My events always gather the most aligned women who end up connecting in a way that always brings me so much joy. I love the magic of these connections! If you are called to this event and feel nervous or unsure I invite you to join with that uncertainty and see how it goes (hint hint: part of breaking patterns).

930/10am: Gather and intro; grounding and connecting icebreakers. Tea + Coffee + snacks and gather

10-12pm - We will be working through various tools to help you identify where in your life your are unknowingly repeating patterns and behaviors that are keeping you stuck. This might be in your career, love life, mothering, running your business etc. We are going to be bold and brave and show up for ourselves and each other. These are always safe spaces where everyone has a say and supportive group behind you.

12-1pm: Closing thoughts, how to move forward and creating a plan for yourself.

As the saying goes, we don’t know what we don’t know. Gatherings like this help people see their blind spots and bring self awareness to subconscious behaviors, which is the first step in making any changes. Group settings also remind us that we are not alone in our struggles or our journey and hearing each others experiences validates our own; giving us space to feel seen and supported.

You will leave this gathering with a greater understanding of why change is so challenging and how to tap into the deeper understanding of what it takes to create real shifts in our life. We must create new identities that align with our values. We must understand how our current patterns are serving us in some way (even if it ultimately feels terrible). We have to bring along new tactics and skills when we face resistance and just want to fall back into old ways. With the guidance, insights and some inner work the goal is to have you leave feeling like you have a better understanding of yourself, your choices and habits and what things you can do to support new and evolved outcomes in your life.

Snacks, Teas, Coffee and Journals provided. Please bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Reviews:

“This experience was soul and body nourishing —reminding me that I am already on the path, even if it looks different than expected. Kara’s presence and guidance made that possible.”

“Kara creates a space that feels both grounding and expansive. Her intuitive guidance, thoughtful prompts, and warm presence make this retreat an experience that lingers in the best way.”

“Kara's retreat was perfectly facilitated. Every detail was considered. The setting (Arch Cape) was inspiring. To go from strangers to trusted confidants over the course of a single day says something about Kara's ability to put others at ease. Her presence is calming and grounded, but also effective in provoking thoughtful contributions. Everyone was seen and heard and valued. There was everything from existential meanderings to concrete, accountable next steps. A perfect balance. I'll be referencing what I learned during the retreat for a long time to come. I would attend another retreat and/or sign on for Kara's coaching in a heartbeat. “

“Kara orchestrated an amazing retreat that seamlessly brought together 10 strangers (all women business owners), in a warm and inclusive setting. Her ability to foster a space where individuals felt comfortable sharing vulnerabilities led to a thought-provoking experience, ultimately providing me with newfound clarity on navigating past trauma hindering my business growth.  Grateful for Kara and the supportive community she cultivated during the retreat.”

“The retreat with Kara was one of the most heart centering and connecting experiences I've had as an adult, connecting to other women I didn't previously know. Through Kara's guidance we went deep! And it felt so good. I guarantee you'll walk away feeling lighter and full of renewed energy and inspiration no matter what your endeavor may be. “
